This year has been a challenging year in terms of health. I always thought myself to be healthy. Turns out I have a condition, likely vasovagal syncope, that triggers me to pass out. I've made changes to my diet and removed caffeine and alcohol. It's slowed the velocity of other things I'm working on but I won't give up completely.
I've had an entrepreneurial itch for a while. I'm soaking in the framework from Million Dollar Weekend. In my weekly planning, I've set up 4 pomodoros per week to work on this (2 hours per week total). From the analysis paralysis phase, I've learned that consistency is the best predictor of whether a business will succeed. Anything done over a long period of time and improved continually by just 1% will compound to something significant.
I use Logseq as my knowledge center. I read Building a Second Brain and it inspired me to capture everything. Initially I used OneNote but LogSeq is more of my style. I'm now using LogSeq to store the html for this page. A job runs every hour and uploads from my phone to this webpage.
I finished with a course on AI agents in n8n. I've put a pause on building anything new with n8n unless a brilliant use case comes up.
As someone close to me put it, it feels like I'm on a speedboat rather than trying to hang on to every word. The bible in a year podcast is helping me get through the entire bible for the first time. I'm on day 326.
